Head, Finance Innovation US Region
As Head of U.S. Finance Innovation US Region, Anurag is responsible to drive innovation and transformation in Finance. Prior to this role, Anurag led the Productivity program and Strategy for TD Bank in the US.
Anurag joined TD Internal Audit in Toronto in November 2000 and moved to TD Securities Finance in 2002 and held various roles within Finance in Canada. Prior to joining TD Bank in U.S in 2015, he was the Chief Operating Officer for TD Asia. Anurag has held variety of roles within and outside Finance in TD across different jurisdictions.
Prior to joining TD, Anurag worked with KPMG, EY and Deloitte across India, Middle East and Canada. Anurag graduated from University of Delhi and has a CA and CPA accreditation.
Anurag is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion and leads the strategy and execution of various initiatives as a Board member for Ascend Philadelphia.

Dr. Patty Chang-Chien is the Senior Director of Mission Systems & Cyber Technologies for Boeing Research & Technology (BR&T), located in Huntington Beach, California. In this role, Patty leads the developmentand execution activities forstrategically important electronics technology and mission systems whilechampioningfuture technology initiatives for Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), Boeing Defense and Security (BDS), and Boeing Global Services (BGS). The Mission Systems & Cyber Technologies group is focused on developing advanced antenna, digital, RF, mixed signal, cyber security, network and avionics prototypes.
Before joining Boeing BR&T in March 2019, Dr. Chang-Chien held a variety of leadership and technical rolesat Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems (NGAS). She last served as the Director of Electronics Products & Technology and was responsible for design, development, and testing of complex state-of-the-art electronics across the NG Aerospace Systems sector including antenna, digital, RF,optical and mixed signal products. She also oversaw the operation of electronics engineering and production laboratories and antenna ranges in NGAS.
Dr. Chang-Chienreceived herB.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Caltech, her M.S. degreein Electrical Engineering from UCLA, and her Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan,Ann Arbor. Dr. Chang-Chien is a recipient of a Northrop Grumman Distinguished Invention Award and a Northrop Grumman Innovation Award.She holds 15 United States patents and nine Northrop Grumman/TRW trade secrets. She is a subject matter expert in wafer-level packaging and her work in the areas of MEMS advanced packaging and heterogeneous integration has appeared in more than 50 technical publications.
Lynn R. Charytan

Executive Vice President & General Counsel, Comcast Cable
Lynn Charytan serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Comcast Cable. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the full range of legal affairs of Comcast Cable and the wide array of technologies, products, and services delivered to both consumers and businesses in 39 states and Washington, DC. Additionally, in her continuing role as Executive Vice President and Senior Deputy General Counsel for Comcast Corporation, Lynn oversees the Company’s government investigations and interfaces with the government affairs and regulatory teams.
Lynn previously served as Senior Vice President of Legal Regulatory Affairs and Senior Deputy General Counsel of Comcast Corporation, responsible for providing corporate-wide legal advice on regulatory matters and overseeing the Company’s legal regulatory advocacy, including filings in federal and state regulatory proceedings and related litigation and appeals.
Prior to joining Comcast in 2010, Lynn spent more than 17 years at WilmerHale in Washington, DC, where she served as the chair of its Communications, Privacy and Internet Law Practice Group. During her tenure at the firm, she counseled clients in all sectors of the communications industry on law matters pertaining to telecommunications, privacy, security, and the Internet. Prior to joining WilmerHale in 1993, Ms. Charytan spent two years as in-house counsel to The Washington Post. She also clerked for Judge Stanley Sporkin on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
Lynn has received many accolades for her exceptional legal skills, having been named to The Legal 500's GC Powerlist: United States 2019, ranked in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, included in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of communications law, and ranked for several years running with the highest possible rating in Martindale-Hubbel’s Top Rated Lawyers list. Elaine Cheong is a Senior Vice President with Bank of America responsible for developing client relationship strategies to drive its domestic and international commercial banking business She leads a team of product partners who consults with clients on capital market structures, asset financing, treasury management services, supply chain finance and risk management along with other banking solutions to help them successfully grow their businesses.
Elaine has more than 30 years in banking. She has held various global client management roles with Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank and ANZ Bank in New York, Singapore, London and Australia.
She was born in Malaysia and lived in Australia while completing her undergraduate and post graduate studies. She moved to the United States in 1998. Elaine has served on many non-profit boards. Through her current role as President of Ascend Greater Philadelphia Chapter – she helps Asian American professionals in Philadelphia to connect, grow and be a source of inspiration for one another with the goal of advancing career and leadership opportunities as a minority group within corporate America. In 2016, Elaine launched and now, chairs the Greater Philadelphia chapter of the Asian Leadership Network, an employee resource group at Bank of America. She also serves on the Global Commercial Banking Diversity & Inclusion Council. She graduated from Monash University, Australia with a Bachelor in Economics and holds a graduate diploma in Corporate Finance from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. Angela leads the development and execution of Customer-centric strategies for payment products, including debit cards, open loop gift cards, reloadable payment products, digital wallets and person to person payments. She is responsible for the management of key vendor relationships and partners with stakeholders across TD to synergize cross-functional product initiatives.
Angela joined the Bank in 2016 and has held product management roles of increasing responsibility within U.S. Bankcard. Leading a cross-functional product team, she developed a robust credit card product suite and implemented a holistic acquisition and engagement strategy to fulfill Customer needs.
Angela has 20 years of experience providing product and marketing expertise. With her unique ability to connect Customer insights with data, she creates breakthrough growth strategies with a focus on engaging Customers and inspiring adoption, usage and loyalty.
Prior to joining TD, Angela held key leadership roles with J.P. Morgan Chase and Bank of America.
Angela earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Sudhir Kondisetty leads the Philadelphia region risk consulting practice with a focus on the financial services industry. In this role, Sudhir oversees projects over a wide range of services, including internal audit/SOX, IT risk, financial regulatory compliance, security, enterprise risk management, etc. Additionally, Sudhir serves as the Office Leader of the Philadelphia office. He also serves as the national leader for IT risk, setting the strategy and focus for the firm’s IT risk services. Lastly, Sudhir serves as an elected member of RSM’s Board of Directors.
Prior to leading the risk consulting practice, Sudhir was involved in leading IT risk consulting projects, including IT risk assessments, IT general controls reviews, network infrastructure security testing, Sarbanes-Oxley IT reviews, Payment Card Industry (PCI) audits, Service Organization Control (SOC) attestation engagements and IT project management. He has over 20 years of consulting experience in various industries.

Prior to coming to Wawa, Jim was head of Customer Support for Swisslog, a logistics automation company and he served in the military as an Army combat engineer officer for eight years of service including time with the 3rd Infantry Division and the 5th Engineer Battalion in support of the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment.

Previously, HP led Global Strategy, Growth and Ventures for DuPont Protection Solutions. He has lived in Taiwan, China, India and now US.

Sandy Pfeffer is a Managing Director with over 24 years of experience providing comprehensive advisory services to companies in the financial services and hospitality industries. Her experience is in providing services to companies that are evaluating and executing transformational activities or large complex transactions.She engages with her clients in areas such as finance automation and transformation, governance, process and data internal controls, SEC registration, proforma financial information, as well as analyzing accounting application on various topics.
Throughout Sandy’s career in financial services, she’s worked with global and domestic financial institutions, in addition to the financial regulatory community including the FDIC, SEC and housing industry regulators.Within hospitality, Sandy has served global hotel and time-share companies. Sandy started her career, after graduation from Temple University, in the Philadelphia audit practice. She spent 11 years in audit, including a rotation through national office as a member SEC Services and Accounting consultation.
Sandy has a passion for our people and her community. She is the Greater Philadelphia WIN leader, and a partner leader on both Deloitte’s Greater Philadelphia Diversity, Equity& Inclusion Council and the Corporate Volunteer Council. Sandy is married to Brendan, a surgeon at Cooper University Hospital and they have goldendoodle, Henry. They enjoy time at their house in Ocean City, NJ, on the golf course, seeing live music and all things Philadelphia sports (GO PHILS, GO BIRDS!)

Jay is a senior partner at EY with nearly 30 years of experience helping clients and teams solve challenging and complex business issues. He is also a member of the EY US Executive Committee, the EY Americas Operating Executive and the EY Global Practice Group. Jay also serves as the Senior Advisory Partner for two of the firms’ global accounts. Jay has significant hands-on experience in Strategy, Finance, Accounting, M&A and Risk Management. He has a relentless focus on establishing trusted client relationships, people development, and diversity & inclusion which has enabled him to hold several market-facing and leadership roles at EY. In his tenure, he has led various regional business units and global account teams. He also served as the Presiding Partner of EY Americas and US Partner Councils and as a member of EY’s Global Governance Council. Kristin is responsible for ensuring that Kreischer Miller is well positioned as the employer of choice. She offers an invaluable blend of recruiting and public accounting experience, combined with a natural ability to bring people together. Her primary focus is developing relationships with experienced audit and tax professionals for potential positions within the firm. She utilizes her expertise to assess applicants’ skills in order to identify the best possible candidates for the firm, and to advise the firm of hiring trends. She also maintains relationships with several top colleges and universities to identify and hire talented students for internships and full time positions. Kristin maintains her CPA license and has an infectious enthusiasm for Kreischer Miller and for recruiting candidates to work for Kreischer Miller.
In addition to Kristin’s recruiting responsibilities, Kristin leads Kreischer Miller’s diversity, equity, and inclusion council and serves as a mentor to young professionals both internally and externally.

Audit Director, Senior Vice President
Daniel Tucci, is an Audit Director, Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo. His primary responsibility is focusing on consumer lending products, pricing, and production audit strategy, as well as ensuring coordinated coverage across all of the company’s consumer lending products. He has a high level of expertise in Home Lending and Wholesale Capital Markets and Compliance areas.

Prior to his current role, Daniel was a Senior Audit Manager on the Wholesale Banking Audit and Consumer Banking Audit Teams. Since joining Well Fargo Internal Audit in 2014, Dan has overseen large and complex audits within both Wells Fargo Home Lending Production and Capital Markets and Wholesale Capital Markets.
Prior to Wells Fargo, Daniel spent a year as Vice President of Internal Audit for Ocwen Financial Corporation and 14 years in various audit leadership roles at Ally Financial. Daniel led large multinational audit teams with specific focus on mortgage originations, servicing, and capital markets. At Ally Financial, he reported directly to the Audit Committee of the mortgage subdivision (Residential Capital), with a dotted line to the CEO. He also had a high level of involvement in the Mortgage Servicing Settlement and related Consent Order, including the drafting and implementing of corrective actions to improve Internal Audit and leading the Internal Review Group.
Daniel holds a B.S. in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and is a member of the IIA. He maintains Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation. Daniel is actively involved in mentoring team members across Wells Fargo Internal Audit, and he is the executive sponsor for Ascend in the Philadelphia office.

The multi-dimensional Kenneth Wong represents the promise, as well as the reality of one of America’s founding principles as he opens new avenues for business opportunity and active civic engagement.
Mr. Wong is a principal in NavPac Advisors, LLC that brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to both the US and China markets. NavPac Advisors, LLC, under the leadership of Mr. Wong, assists US entities navigate through the complexities of developing strategies and building working relationships in China. In a very short period of time, entities in China realized that NavPac Advisors, LLC could do the same for them in the US market. Today, NavPac Advisors, LLC successfully “navigates entities across the Pacific” utilizing their many skills and established relationships to achieve their clients’ goals and objectives.
For over 30 years, Mr. Wong can be credited with combining his business acumen, cross-cultural facility and focused management tactics to establish CIG Asia, Ltd., a successful Philadelphia, PA-based national property and casualty insurance brokerage firm. Under his direction as president, the company provides its diverse client base with the coverage and advice required to weather the vagaries of a complex business environment.
In 2009, Mr. Wong with the assistance of some Wall Street colleagues, founded Covenant Group of China, a US based publicly traded holding company that is partnering with China based SME’s that are successfully operating in the booming China domestic economy. Mr. Wong served as the president of Covenant Group of China. In addition to knowledge of the China domestic market trends, Mr. Wong has a very strong working relationship with the People’s Republic of China government both in the United States and in China.
Mr. Wong’s commitment to full inclusion of Asian Americans and new Americans living, working and doing business in the United States in general, and the Delaware Valley, in particular, has landed him in numerous leadership positions. As example, Mr. Wong, from 2004-2007, was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve as a commissioner on the President’s Advisory Commission for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders where he focused on economic strategies and community development. Through Mr. Wong’s efforts, both in Washington, DC and across the Nation many doors of opportunity have been opened for Asian American economic development for large and small businesses.
In May of 2012, Governor Tom Corbett of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania appointed Mr. Wong to the Chairmanship of his Advisory Commission for Asian Americans & Pacific Islanders. Mr. Wong’s agenda includes both Economic and Leadership Development for the Asian American & Pacific Islander communities.
On April 19, 2017, Mr. Wong was appointed by Acting Secretary of the Army, Mr. Robert Speer, as a Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army. In this role, Mr. Wong is a liaison between the Office of the Secretary of the Army and the citizens of the United States.
Locally, his civic participation includes service on the boards of Chestnut Hill College, Philadelphia, PA; Williamson College School of the Trades; the American Red Cross for Eastern Pennsylvania and serving as the chair of the Services to the Armed Forces Committee; The Philadelphia Sports Congress; AMSUS – Society of Federal Health Professionals; the Philadelphia Convention & Visitor’s Bureau; Board of Managers of the Central High School of Philadelphia; American Heritage Federal Credit Union; Chairman of the Board of USA Badminton- National Governing Body of Badminton- Member of the US Olympic Committee and member of the American Legion Benjamin Franklin Post 405. Mr. Wong also proudly serves as a senior advisor to the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of Ascend, a national Pan Asian professional organization with the mission of developing effective leaders and promoting Asian Americans in corporate America.
