Chief Financial Officer, TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank®
In this role, Manjit leads a high-quality team that is responsible for planning, managing and reporting the Bank’s financial results and capital. He has spent the last two decades working in the banking sector both in Canada and internationally. He joined TD in 2001 and has held a range of increasingly senior positions in Strategy, Finance, Risk, and Treasury. He has served as the executive sponsor of the Bank's Minority Leadership Subcommittee. He was also a member of the Board of Directors for Lung Cancer Canada, TRIEC, Sikh Foundation of Canada and the American Red Cross.
Manjit is a graduate from the University of Waterloo Chartered Accountancy Co-Op Program. He has earned the CA and CFA designations and completed his Executive MBA at the Richard Ivey School of Business. Manjit also completed the Executive Risk Management Program at Wharton. Most recently, Manjit participated in the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

In addition, he was the recipient of Golden Globe Tiger Award for Excellence in HR Leadership in 2015 endorsed by World HRD Congress and Asian Confederation of Businesses and named HR Professional of the Year by Human Resources magazine in Singapore in 2013.
Born in New Delhi and educated in Canada and India, Girish has an honors degree in Political Science and Economics, and post-graduate education in Human Resources Management. He also holds the Canadian Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation and serves as a Director on the HR Professional Associations' Board.

Lakshmi Stockham is responsible for technology strategy and delivery for the Retail Consumer Bank at TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank. She has more than 20 years of experience in advising, evaluating and delivering solutions, and has established a track record of driving technology-enabled results across the retail banking value chain.
Prior to joining TD Bank in 2013, Lakshmi spent the majority of her career working for large consulting organizations such as Ernst & Young and Capgemini. During this time, she held practice management responsibilities, and led numerous technology initiatives for clients across multiple industries, including financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, hospitality and property management.
Lakshmi holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in Finance and Strategy, and a bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati.

Jason has held a variety of executive roles at TD in both the US and Canada; working across multiple businesses within the Retail Bank, Commercial Bank and Corporate & Specialty Bank. He started his career in brand management at Procter & Gamble where he became the company's youngest global expatriate, leading various brands in both the US and Canada. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School and an HBA from the Ivey Business School where he graduated as President, Valedictorian and Ivey Scholar.
Jason has received various honors including one of Canada's Top 40 under 40 in 2018 and The Wharton Business School's Top 40 under 40 in 2017. He serves on the Boards of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Philadelphia and the National Liberty Museum. At TD, Jason co-founded the US GenNext network, a growing community of 5,000+ emerging TD leaders across the bank.

Angela leads the development and execution of Customer-centric strategies for payment products, including debit cards, open loop gift cards, reloadable payment products, digital wallets and person to person payments. She is responsible for the management of key vendor relationships and partners with stakeholders across TD to synergize cross-functional product initiatives. She joined the Bank in 2016 and has held product management roles of increasing responsibility within US Bankcard. Leading a cross-functional product team, she developed a robust credit card product suite and implemented a holistic acquisition and engagement strategy to fulfill Customer needs.
Angela has nearly 20 years of experience providing product and marketing expertise. With her unique ability to connect Customer insights with data, she creates breakthrough growth strategies with a focus on engaging Customers and inspiring adoption, usage and loyalty.

As Head of U.S. Strategy and Finance Centre of Excellence, Anurag is responsible for managing the Strategy for US Retail Bank and drive innovation in Finance.
Anurag joined TD Internal Audit in Toronto in November 2000 and moved to TD Securities Finance in 2002 and held various roles within Finance in Canada. Prior to joining TD Bank in U.S in 2015, he was the Chief Operating Officer for TD Asia. Anurag has held variety of roles within and outside Finance in TD across different jurisdictions.
Prior to joining TD, Anurag worked with KPMG, EY and Deloitte across India, Middle East and Canada. Anurag graduated from University of Delhi and has a CA and CPA accreditation.
Kay Kyungsun Yu
Attorney, Legal Scholar, Ahmad Zaffarese LLC
Kay Kyungsun Yu is an award-winning legal scholar. In 2018, the Philadelphia Bar Association recognized Kay as a recipient of its acclaimed Justice Sonia Sotomayor Diversity Award and was named Attorney of the Year by the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania. As a Member of the law firm, Ahmad Zaffarese LLC, Kay leads the its Labor & Employment and Litigation Practice Groups. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation and employment law. As a mediator and arbitrator, Kay assists in resolving conflicts as an alternative to litigation. Prior to joining Ahmad Zaffarese, Mayor Michael Nutter appointed Kay to serve as the Chairperson of the Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations. An avid runner, Kay has completed 30 marathons including 10 Boston Marathons, 6 ultra-marathons, and 5 IronMan-distance triathlons. In the 2019 Primary Election, Kay ran for judge in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

Elaine Cheong is a Senior Vice President with Bank of America Merrill Lynch responsible for developing client relationship strategies to drive its domestic and international commercial banking business She leads a team of product partners who consults with clients on capital market structures, credit, treasury, supply chain finance and risk management amongst other banking solutions to successfully grow their businesses.
Elaine has more than 25 years in banking. She has held various global client management roles with Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank and ANZ Bank in New York, Singapore, London and Australia.
She was born in Malaysia and completed her tertiary education in Australia. She moved to the United States in 1998. Elaine has served on many non-profit boards. Through her current role as President of Ascend Greater Philadelphia Chapter – she helped firmly established the presence of Asian American professionals in Philadelphia by providing an environment for people to connect, grow and be inspired. Elaine chairs the local chapter of the Asian Leadership Network, the employee resource group at Bank of America. She also serves on the Diversity & Inclusion Council of the Global Commercial Banking group at Bank of America. She graduated from Monash University, Australia with a Bachelor in Economics and holds a graduate diploma in Corporate Finance from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. She is married with two children and lives in Pennington, New Jersey.
