Roma McCaig was named Vice President, Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability in July 2019. She leads Campbell's corporate responsibility and environmental sustainability strategies and programs, reporting to the Executive Vice President, General Counsel. Campbell has received national and global recognition for its Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability programs and practices, including being named to Corporate Responsibility Magazine’s 100 Best Corporate Citizens list for 10 consecutive years, receiving a perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index nine times, being named to the “Global 100” Most Sustainable Corporations five years total and appearing on multiple indices including the FTSE4Good Index and the MSCI Index Series.
Prior to Campbell, Roma held leadership roles in business operations and operational excellence at Uber Technologies, Citrix Systems and Kaiser Permanente. Earlier in her career, she held communications and change leadership roles supporting business transformation at The Clorox Company and Bechtel Corporation.
Roma earned her bachelor’s degree in communications and advertising from the University of Tennessee. She also earned her Master of Business Administration in management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She brings a unique blend of experience, all centered on driving transformation strategies and large change initiatives in big industries like consumer products, healthcare, and technology.
